Rebecca Berry is a District Manager for PEO/HRO Sales with HotSchedules powered by Fourth. Fourth is the first end to end workforce management platform for the restaurant and hospitality industry with a large focus on PEO and HRO services. Rebecca has been in the restaurant industry for about 10 years and her main focus has been on compliance.
Rebecca was diagnosed with Celiacs 16 years ago and her mission has been to find “real food” and share these findings with others her struggle with food allergies and intolerances. She has been dairy-free for roughly 10 years and most recently seafood. As she spends most of her time in restaurants she has found these intolerances and turned them into a love for cooking as well as educating not only the general public on these options but, working with restaurants to see the importance in compliance with food allergens as well as their business as a whole.
In her spare time, she enjoys travel, cooking, and hitting the latest and greatest restaurant spots with her boyfriend Andrew. Being a native of Colorado, she grew up skiing and has an appreciation for locally sourced ingredients and local businesses. Ask her what her favorite crust is and she will say Victoria’s hands down.
